Doubt

What is doubting?
Doubting is like the lack of sunshine on a rainy afternoon.
It's a steaming cup of tea now cold with time.
It's a green mountain covered with snow.
It's a night spent alone, void of stars.
But doubting is not the end.
There's another sunny day, a stove to warm the tea, sunshine for the snow and another night.
Doubting is not bad.
It's necessary.
No. Not necessary.
Inevitable.
It will make you stronger.
It's ok.
Cling.
Cling tight,
      and
Hold Fast.

(Just some words I wrote earlier this summer on a drizzly afternoon.)
